For customers of the Clevedon & Somerton Branches, a free Click & Collect service is available through the website. Please select Click & Collect as a delivery option at checkout if you would like to pick up in store. Please note for Somerton customers there may be a lead time on certain items before they are available to collect from store. 

Please ensure you wait for an email to confirm your order is ready for collection before coming in to collect.

Low Order Surcharge: Please note that due to card processing fees, if your basket value is £1 or under and you select the click and collect option, a £1 Surcharge will be added to your total. 

UK Mainland Postage (updated March 2023)

March 2023: Unfortunately due to increased postal cost pressures and Royal Mail price increases we have had to revise all of our postal charges. We have absorbed the cost increases ourselves for a sustained period of time without increasing the prices we charge to customers, but sadly we are unable to continue to do this and have had to increase our prices slightly. Stationery House partners with Royal Mail for the majority of orders. This is to ensure speed of delivery, reliability of delivery and to reduce the possibility of transit damage. For smaller orders or during times of disruption we also utilise the inPost network. Your order confirmation will confirm which service has been used to dispatch your order. 

We currently offer a standard delivery rate starting from £3.49 and an express rate starting from £8.99 for orders to the UK Mainland (including the Isle Of Wight)

Delivery Lead Times/Pricing:

  • Standard Delivery from £3.49, delivery in 3-5 working days*
  • Express Delivery from £8.99, delivery next working day via Royal Mail 1pm Special Delivery (if ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday)*

  • A1 & A2 products: We now have a flat fee of £5.99 for shipments of A1 and A2 products, due to the size of this product and the increased cost of shipping. We will always aim to dispatch A1 & A2 products "flat" however it may be necessary in certain circumstances to roll this product into a tube for safe transportation. When ordering A1 & A2 products, you do so on the basis that this product may be rolled for transport. We cannot discount or refund A1 & A2 products if you are unhappy that it has arrived rolled as opposed to flat, unless there is proven transport damage. In the event that transport damage has occurred, any claim for compensation or a partial/full refund (dependent on circumstance) must be raised with us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any claims of transport damage made after this time will not be accepted. To report transport damage, please email support@shshop.co.uk with your order number, details and supporting photos. We will respond within 48 hours with an outcome of our investigation.

International destinations are classed as any destination which falls outside of the other delivery areas as listed above.

Please be advised that all of our dispatch orders are tracked and we do proactively monitor the progress of our dispatch orders to ensure they are delivered on time.

Really Useful Storage Boxes: Our website will calculate the total weight of the boxes ordered and provide a price for either standard or express delivery. If you would like us to provide you with a delivery quote for a specific Really Useful box order you are looking to place, please email the box sizes and quantities required to shop@stationeryhouse.co.uk and we will look into this for you. Please note that in some instances of bulk Really Useful purchases there may be an additional lead time to manufacture and dispatch. If this is the case we will advise you accordingly.

A1 & A2 products: We now have a flat fee for shipments of A1 and A2 products, due to the size of this product and the increased cost of shipping. We will always aim to dispatch A1 & A2 products "flat" however it may be necessary in certain circumstances to roll this product into a tube for safe transportation. When ordering A1 & A2 products, you do so on the basis that this product may be rolled for transport. We cannot discount or refund A1 & A2 products if you are unhappy that it has arrived rolled as opposed to flat, unless there is proven transport damage. In the event that transport damage has occurred, any claim for compensation or a partial/full refund (dependent on circumstance) must be raised with us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any claims of transport damage made after this time will not be accepted. To report transport damage, please email support@shshop.co.uk with your order number, details and supporting photos. We will respond within 48 hours with an outcome of our investigation.
