  • Voucher codes are applicable for the length of time as stipulated or as communicated. Voucher codes may be valid for multiple use or single use, and this will be stipulated when the voucher code is issued. Stationery House reserve the right to withdraw any voucher code issued without notice.

Photographic & Personalised Products Terms & Conditions

  • Stationery House accepts no liability for mistakes made in order submissions to us, or mistakes made in printing online orders. 
  • You must ensure any relevant details relating to printing have been included in the comments box at checkout. 
  • Please ensure you supply images to which you own the copyright or have the relevant permissions to allow for reproduction. We will not print commercially produced images or images that hold a commercial license (wedding photos, school photos and professionally produced photos), unless we are satisfied you have the permission of the copyright holder to allow for a commercially chargeable reproduction. Please check with the copyright holder first in such instances to ensure you have the rights to reproduce your images for a fee. 
  • Due to the bespoke nature of this item, photographic products are not eligible for a refund unless there is a quality issue with the printing produced.
  • Please ensure the images you supply to us are of sufficient quality to print before you submit. We do not accept liability for images supplied that are of poor quality which pixelate or distort when printed. We will endeavour to check image quality first before printing and contact you if there is an issue, however this may not always be possible. If you are unsure on the quality of images you are supplying you can add a note in the order comments/special instructions box at checkout, before payment to ask us to check this before printing. 
  • Click & Collect orders under the value of £1 will incur a £1 order surcharge due to card processing fees

Delivery Terms & Conditions- Shipments To International Locations

International Location is defined as any location outside England, Scotland & Wales (Mainland & Islands)

  • International postage costs quoted at checkout are standard delivery rates, irrespective of the value or total weight of your order.
  • Quoted postage costs do not include any additional customs charges or local taxes that may be applicable in the destination country. Stationery House does not accept any responsibility for any additional charges (if any) that may arise from international shipments. International shipments are made on the understanding and agreement (via these terms and conditions) that the purchasing customer is aware of the potential for additional customs charges and/or local taxes and will be responsible for payment of these to release goods from customs at the destination country if necessary. 
  • Whilst Stationery House endeavours to diligently ensure that all customs paperwork is completed accurately, to the satisfaction of the destination country, Stationery House will not accept responsibility for any delays caused by customs queries. However Stationery House will accept responsibility for any errors made with customs paperwork/declarations where fault can clearly be identified and attributed to Stationery House. In these circumstances Stationery House will take responsibility for any additional fees that may need to be paid to release goods from the destination country, or in the event goods cannot be released, we will look to ship a replacement order if possible.
  • Whilst delivery time frames are given as guidance with each delivery rate at checkout, Stationery House accepts no responsibility for the length of time taken to deliver orders to your destination country. Due to multiple factors outside of our control it is impossible for us to guarantee a date or time frame for delivery. If in all instances (regardless of economy or priority delivery) your order has not arrived within 21 working days of the notified date of dispatch, please email support@shshop.co.uk for investigation. All international shipments are tracked and insured against loss. If we are satisfied that your shipment is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement order to you straight away for no additional charge. You will be provided with the relevant tracking number so you are able to track the progress of your shipment.  
  • Bespoke quotes for international shipping are available, outside of the delivery rates quoted at checkout. Please email support@shshop with the detail of the products you wish to purchase, and destination country, and we will put together a bespoke shipping quote for your order. 

General Delivery Terms & Conditions- Applicable To All Delivery Locations

  • We currently do not guarantee delivery times, due to worldwide shortages and challenges within the logistics industry. Delivery time windows are given as advice only, not a guarantee that this is when it will be delivered by. 
  • If your order is delayed by more than 3 working days, past the last date advised, we will look to send out a replacement order to you as soon as possible free of charge (subject to discretion based on the number of previous non delivery claims made).
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report. Anything reported as damaged after this time will not be accepted. Please note, damage in this instance refers to products that have been externally damaged in transit  (damage to packaging, boxes etc). If the product itself is defective or faulty and this is not because of transit damage, then our standard returns policy applies and you will be offered a replacement free of charge or a refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights. 
  • Please check the contents of your order carefully. In the extremely unlikely event anything is missing or incorrect, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving your order. We take full responsibility for any mistakes we make and will work hard to rectify these to your satisfaction. 
  • For all delivery queries or complaints, in all instances email your order number and query to support@shshop.co.uk. We always respond within 24 hours. 

Browsing & Purchasing In International Currencies

  • If browsing our site from outside the UK, our website will default to your local currency. This can be changed using the currency option at the top of your screen
  • Purchases from individuals outside the UK are not subject to UK VAT, and this amount is automatically deducted from product prices displayed on the website when a foreign currency is being shown
  • Product prices are setup in GBP and converted to localised currencies, with conversion rates being set by the open market +3%. The additional 3% added to conversion is to cover any potential rate increases/changes made by international banks when processing payment

Product Listing Mistakes, Errors & Omissions

Did we make a mistake with a product listing? We'd love to know! If you discover an error or omission with any product listed on our website including incorrect/incomplete product descriptions- even spelling errors, please feel free to contact us to let us know. All of the products on our website are manually listed by human beings, with alot of detail being obtained direct from manufacturers/suppliers. Whilst every effort is made to ensure our product listings are accurate, invariably mistakes do sometimes happen. Where these occur and we are made aware we are quick to make the changes required to get our information accurate so as not to inconvenience other customers. 

In the event you purchase a product from our website and there are significant differences or variances based on the product information provided by us then please contact us at the earliest opportunity by emailing your order information to support@shshop.co.uk. We will then work with you to find a solution to meet your satisfaction be it a free of charge return (postage paid by us) or a partial refund*. 

If you have not placed an order for a product, but notice an error in one of our product listings, please email support@shshop.co.uk with the detail and we will jump on making the necessary corrections. We gratefully receive all feedback/observations about our site to help us improve the experience for others. 

*free postal returns/partial refunds are issued at the discretion of Stationery House, in line with your statutory rights and actions/offers are considered and made on a case by case basis.
