Q: Are boxes suitable for use in freezers?    

A: All items have a working temperature of -15°C to +80°C

Q: Are the boxes suitable for food storage?    

Really Useful Boxes are 'food safe', but the boxes aren't made in a sterile environment and are therefore not 'Food Grade'.

Q:  Are the boxes watertight?    

A: The boxes can be used to store liquid. The lid is NOT a water or air tight fit. Therefore if you plan to use these boxes outside then we describe them as water resistant, rather than watertight. 

Ordering and Shipping

Need to order in a bulk quantity? No problem! You can go ahead and order as many boxes as you require, however you may get a backorder notification at checkout to advise that the quantity you have ordered is not in stock for immediate dispatch. We will go ahead and process your order, but be aware it may add 3-5 days to the time it takes us to dispatch the order to you. We are committed to keeping customers informed at all times about the status of their order so you can be sure to be well informed at every step of the way. 

Shipping charges- We are now set up to automatically give you an accurate cost of shipping at checkout, based on the total weight of the boxes you order. Our system will calculate the combined weight of the boxes you order and give you an accurate cost for shipping these to your location.
